Business Development Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative technology solutions to local businesses and restaurants in your assigned territory.
This role offers a competitive base salary of $50,000 and on-target earnings of $112,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, RSUs, paid vacation, and tuition reimbursement for up to $2,000 per calendar year.
As a Hospitality Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for building relationships with local business owners and merchants, managing the full sales cycle from start to finish, hitting sales targets, and working closely with our extended Sales Support team to achieve monthly sales performance goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in small business or restaurant settings. Proven track records of delivering against sales goals and excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory buildout skills are essential. Proficiency in Salesforce as a CRM is a plus, but not required.
