Role Overview: The Salesforce Systems Specialist will play a crucial role in understanding organizational goals and challenges, identifying viable solutions, and conducting thorough analyses to evaluate alternatives. This position involves assessing user requirements, operational procedures, and issues to enhance processing or optimize existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various organizational units to evaluate current processes, pinpoint issues, and gather specific input and output requirements.
  • Draft comprehensive descriptions of user needs, program functionalities, and the necessary steps for developing or modifying software programs.
  • Examine system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling constraints to ascertain the feasibility of requested program changes within the current system.

Technical Skills Required: This role demands a diverse skill set, including the establishment of new Salesforce environments, integration with third-party applications, data migration, and proficiency in CI/CD frameworks. Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator is essential, and familiarity with tools such as MuleSoft, DocuSign, and Azure Data Factory will be advantageous. A solid understanding of Agile methodologies is also required, along with the availability for round-the-clock support.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years: Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, overseeing the management and support of Salesforce environments, including the implementation of security policies.
  • 7+ years: Involvement in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), encompassing coding standards, change control, and version management, particularly with CI/CD tools like Flosum.
  • 7+ years: Expertise in data migrations, data integrity, systems integration, and working with third-party applications.
  • 5+ years: Experience in troubleshooting complex software and hardware issues, providing guidance, and recommending technological solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with authentication protocols (oAuth) for third-party application integration.
  • Proficiency in core web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, and Jitterbit.
  • Experience in Salesforce implementation and development, including Apex programming, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
  • Knowledge of no-code solutions using configurations like Flows, process builders, and workflow rules.
  • Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies.
