The Salesforce Solutions Architect will be instrumental in the effective deployment and management of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This position entails establishing best practices for system scalability, leading integration initiatives, and guaranteeing that our Salesforce solutions align with the organizational business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the design and architecture of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud solutions to enhance the operational efficiency of the furniture distribution industry.
- Establish and execute best practices for scaling the Salesforce platform, ensuring peak performance, reliability, and security.
- Supervise the integration of Salesforce with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain, ensuring seamless data exchange and system compatibility.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of Salesforce projects from conception to deployment, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to comprehend requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project execution.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration strategies, and system configurations.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on Salesforce functionalities, best practices, and new features.
- Stay updated with Salesforce advancements, new features, and industry trends to continuously enhance and optimize the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are highly desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a strong emphasis on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies and tools, particularly concerning Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain.
- Expertise in data migration and management, ETL processes, and data integration best practices.
- Proven experience in managing complex Salesforce projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, and project delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
