Salesforce Litify Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in development within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on creating scalable and maintainable frontend JavaScript and backend Apex solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers to define project scopes and participate in roadmap planning.
  • Previous experience in the legal sector, particularly with Litify, Legal Stratos, or Team Connect, is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Front-end development utilizing Salesforce Lightning.
  • Demonstrate an ownership mentality towards achieving results, with a keen focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Exhibit a strong desire for continuous learning and growth in a dynamic analytics environment.
  • Ability to listen, evaluate, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Execute basic configuration modifications in Salesforce, including permission adjustments, record updates, and automation tweaks (Process Builder/Workflow Rules/etc.).
  • Create and manage escalations across various ticketing systems.
  • Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, JavaScript, Backend Apex, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with legal domain processes (Invoicing, Budgeting, Matter Management, etc.).
Behavioral Competencies:

  • Ownership mentality with a focus on delivering results and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and development in an evolving analytics landscape.
  • Ability to listen, assess, and provide effective solutions.
Certification:

  • Salesforce certification is preferred.
