This position plays a crucial role in implementing newly adopted SFDC software and requires collaboration across various departments to develop and optimize the internal framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Template Development: Design and create email templates, maintain a template library, and craft marketing emails within Salesforce.
- Customer Journey Management: Establish, activate, and oversee customer journeys, defining entry and exit criteria along with customer actions aligned with marketing objectives.
- Inbox Deliverability Management: Ensure adherence to email marketing best practices to enhance deliverability.
Testing, Optimization, and Reporting:
- Email Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing for email channels.
- Analytic Dashboard Management: Develop and manage analytic dashboards within Marketing Cloud for comprehensive email program reporting.
Data Management and Administration:
- Data Extension Creation: Utilize the Salesforce connector to create data extensions that align with messaging objectives.
- Personalization Opportunities: Analyze customer data to uncover opportunities for personalized and dynamic content, executing these strategies based on marketing goals.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience with Marketing Cloud, CRM, and CLM, with a strong preference for Salesforce experience.
- Proficient in Content Builder, Email Studio, Analytics Studio, and Journey Builder.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Connector, including reporting, data extension creation, and lead/contact management.
- Demonstrated expertise in HTML, CSS, and AMP script.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and experience integrating GA with Marketing Cloud.
- Certifications: Marketing Cloud Administrator and Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
