The HT Group is seeking a talented contractor to join our marketing team in enhancing the customer communication journey through the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
This position will play a crucial role in implementing the newly adopted SFDC software, collaborating across departments to establish and optimize the internal framework.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage email templates, a comprehensive template library, and marketing emails within Salesforce.
- Create and oversee customer journeys, setting entry and exit criteria while aligning with established marketing objectives.
- Ensure inbox deliverability by adhering to email marketing best practices.
- Lead the quality assurance process for email programs, including design rendering, journey user acceptance testing, optimization, and reporting.
- Conduct performance testing for email channels.
- Design and maintain analytic dashboards within Marketing Cloud for effective email program reporting.
- Utilize the Salesforce connector to create data extensions that align with messaging strategies.
- Manage subscriber lists and ensure data hygiene.
- Analyze customer data to uncover opportunities for personalization and dynamic content, executing these strategies in line with marketing goals.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Cloud, CRM, or CLM, with a strong preference for Salesforce expertise.
- Proficient in Content Builder, Email Studio, Analytics Studio, and Journey Builder.
- Familiar with Salesforce CRM and Connector, including reporting, data extension creation, and lead/contact management.
- Demonstrated experience with HTML, CSS, and AMP script.
- Knowledgeable in Google Analytics and its integration with Marketing Cloud.
- Certifications: Marketing Cloud Administrator and Marketing Cloud Email Specialist are preferred.
