The Partner Solutions & Technology team is seeking a skilled Platform Administrator to drive innovation and utilize advanced Salesforce knowledge.
Your role will involve operationalizing a global Salesforce ecosystem that will elevate our Sales organization into a new era.
Collaborate with passionate colleagues who are dedicated to our products and customers, as you manage an enterprise-scale Salesforce platform that empowers our Sales teams to deliver outstanding products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary system administrator for daily support, maintenance, and enhancement of Salesforce environments.
- Act as the main liaison for the Salesforce Customer Success team.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics for production organization health.
- Lead security initiatives in production and sandbox environments to meet compliance standards.
- Explore and evaluate new platform features during Salesforce product upgrades.
- Manage AppExchange app installations in Production and full SandBoxes.
- Oversee data management tasks, including storage, system cleanup, and archiving.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and guidelines at the platform level.
- Assist in analyzing Salesforce license usage for cost optimization.
- Support business continuity planning and system backup processes.
- Coordinate with Admins and Developers to enhance Salesforce skills across the organization.
Integrity is paramount. You will manage risks and trade-offs with transparency.
Minimum Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in managing or supporting Salesforce cloud environments.
- Proficient in Salesforce platform administration, security, and metadata management.
- Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, or Platform Developer Certification is advantageous.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and operational processes.
- Strong relationship-building skills within diverse teams.
- Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- BA/BS Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
