Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and translate client business needs into precise technical specifications for Salesforce
  • Apply Salesforce best practices to reduce reliance on custom development
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation detailing standard operating procedures for clients
  • Conduct training sessions for EBQ customers
  • Review and enhance Salesforce configurations for optimal performance
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential project risks and challenges
  • Facilitate the migration and implementation of Salesforce for new clients
  • Tailor Salesforce solutions to address the specific business requirements of EBQ's clientele
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering business process insights
  • Oversee custom fields, objects, flows, data validation, and third-party integrations
  • Create tailored reports and dashboards that align with client expectations
  • Utilize various ETL tools for data import into Salesforce
  • Stay informed about new Salesforce features to enhance processes
  • Manage tasks effectively within EBQ's project management framework
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance targets
  • Comply with company policies and uphold organizational values
  • Collaborate effectively and represent EBQ with professionalism to clients
  • Execute assigned responsibilities efficiently
Essential Qualifications
  • Self-motivated individual with outstanding communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and data architecture
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce or 6 months in an administrative role
  • Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with online collaboration tools such as RingCentral Meetings, WebEx, GoToMeeting, or Join.Me
  • Understanding of SQL or SOQL
  • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, etc.
  • Background in business analysis and/or sales
  • Experience working with SMBs, Enterprises, and Non-Profit organizations
  • Knowledge of release management and the software development lifecycle
Physical Requirements

This position involves physical activities including speaking, standing, walking, using hands, and occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds.
