About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Tarpon Logistics Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
- Present and demonstrate our innovative shipping solutions to clients and prospects
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
