We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at ConnectPay LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their payroll needs and identify opportunities for ConnectPay's solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of ConnectPay's services
  • Monitor and report on sales activity and performance metrics on a regular basis
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of outside B2B sales experience in a competitive quota, results-driven environment
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and internet/social media platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or related field a plus
