Job Summary:
ConnectPay, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the payroll industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at small businesses
- Conduct exploratory conversations to understand clients' payroll needs and identify opportunities to provide ConnectPay's value proposition
- Negotiate and close new business deals
- Meet and report sales activity metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Collect and manage client documentation required for a successful conversion of payroll data from previous providers to the ConnectPay platform
Requirements:
- 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience in a competitive quota, results-driven environment
- Payroll sales experience preferred
- Successful track record at nurturing, managing, and developing a defined sales territory
- Possess strong and polished professional communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and internet platforms
- Track record of high achievement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- Naturally curious and passionate
- Keenly developed competitive nature
- Highly self-driven sense of motivation
- Ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection daily
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or related field a plus
