Position Title:
Account Executive


Position Overview: The Account Executive plays a crucial role in securing new commercial partnerships by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and existing clientele. This position entails promoting service repairs, retrofit projects, energy solutions, and control systems to influential stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present proposals tailored to project requirements.
  • Offer customized solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Coordinate bid documentation and ensure precise estimates.
  • Generate sales leads and conduct outreach calls.
  • Assess, bid, propose, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
  • Engage in proactive outreach and sales to both executive and technical audiences.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of years of experience in commercial HVAC, with a solid understanding of HVAC regulations and standards.
