Position Overview: The Account Executive is responsible for securing new commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts by cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, facility managers, and management companies. This role requires a dynamic and goal-oriented sales professional to effectively market service repair work, retrofit projects, energy solutions, and building automation systems (BAS) to influential decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present proposals aligned with project specifications and client needs.
- Design tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Prepare and organize bid documentation, ensuring precise estimates.
- Generate sales leads, qualify prospects, and conduct sales outreach.
- Estimate, bid, propose, negotiate, and finalize contracts at competitive margins.
- Engage in cold calling to identify potential new clients.
- Sell to both executive-level and technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial HVAC, with a solid understanding of HVAC codes and standards.
