Position Overview: The Sales Executive will be responsible for securing new commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts by cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, facility managers, and management firms, while also engaging with existing clients. This role requires an innovative and goal-oriented sales professional who can effectively promote service repair work, retrofit projects, energy solutions, and building automation systems (BAS) to influential decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present proposals tailored to the technical specifications and needs of each project.
  • Offer customized solutions and designs that align with customer requirements.
  • Prepare and organize bid documentation, ensuring the accuracy of estimates.
  • Generate sales leads, qualify prospects, and conduct sales outreach.
  • Estimate, bid, propose, negotiate, and finalize contracts with qualified margins.
  • Engage in cold calling to identify prospective new clients.
  • Sell to both executive-level and technical decision-makers.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial HVAC, with a solid understanding of HVAC codes and standards.
