BBR Partners is pleased to announce the continuation of our esteemed Advisory Analyst Program. This two-year initiative is vital to our firm's growth, enabling us to deliver exceptional service and insights to our clientele. We seek candidates who are enthusiastic about wealth management and eager to cultivate their skills and knowledge in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team by engaging in and executing analyses on various client portfolio initiatives, including investment management, wealth transfer, and tax strategy.
- Create and refine client presentations and marketing materials for potential clients.
- Compile reports for internal discussions concerning clients, prospects, and investment managers.
- Oversee and manage client information using both proprietary and third-party software solutions.
- Support client service operations, including account setup, cash management, and data verification.
- Work collaboratively with senior team members to address complex client inquiries and other special projects.
- Recent completion of an undergraduate degree with a strong academic performance.
- Proven interest in Asset or Wealth Management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- High level of intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and time management skills: skilled in setting and managing expectations.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills: capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn from mistakes and take responsibility for outcomes.

The base salary for this position will be discussed during the interview process and will vary based on several factors, including prior experience and market conditions. The anticipated salary range for this role is generally between $75,000 and $85,000 annually, though the final offer may differ based on individual qualifications and circumstances. Additionally, the total compensation package may include discretionary bonuses and other incentive programs.
