Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team by performing and contributing to analyses on various client portfolio initiatives, including investment management, wealth transfer, and tax strategies.
- Create and refine client presentations and marketing proposals for potential clients.
- Compile reports for internal discussions related to clients, prospects, and investment managers.
- Manage and maintain client information using both proprietary and third-party software.
- Support client service operations, including account applications, cash management, and data reconciliation.
- Work alongside senior team members to address complex client inquiries or additional tasks as needed.
- Recent undergraduate degree with a strong academic performance.
- Proven interest in Asset or Wealth Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- High level of intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, adept at setting and managing expectations.
- Strong interpersonal skills: capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.

This position is at-will, and the company reserves the right to adjust compensation based on performance and market factors.
