As part of our 2025 Corporate Finance and Investment Banking Analyst Program, you will experience a dynamic and inclusive work environment where diverse perspectives are valued.
Program Overview: Our 10-week program offers a unique opportunity for rising seniors to gain practical experience in the world of finance. You will be assigned to a specific team, allowing you to focus on developing essential skills and knowledge that contribute to your professional growth.
Throughout the program, you will collaborate with MUFG professionals at various levels who will mentor you and provide guidance. Your responsibilities will include supporting financial transactions, conducting analyses, and assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports. This program is designed to give you insight into the workings of a global financial organization and help you shape your career path.
Training and Development: The program begins with a comprehensive training week in financial products and markets, followed by hands-on experience working on impactful projects. You will receive ongoing training and support throughout the duration of the program.
Mentorship and Networking: Our commitment to your success includes pairing you with a mentor who will assist you in setting professional goals and provide constructive feedback. You will have numerous opportunities to network with peers and senior leaders through organized events and team-building activities.
By the end of the program, you will have a deeper understanding of the financial industry and how your contributions can drive the success of our organization.

Corporate Finance: Advisory Services, Transaction Management
Investment Banking: Capital Markets, Project Financing, Structured Finance
Global Markets: Sales and Trading, Derivatives
Qualifications:
- Preferred GPA of 3.3 or higher, with coursework in finance, accounting, or economics
- Undergraduate students graduating in the near future
- Strong interest in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Global Markets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and leadership potential
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
