Investment Banking Division

Role Overview

Alantra is looking for an Investment Banking Analyst to support its M&A and capital raising advisory efforts, particularly within the Consumer and Industrials sectors. This position is based in our offices and requires a candidate with a minimum of 12 months of relevant experience, who can make an immediate and significant contribution to the team while engaging with Alantra's training and onboarding initiatives. Analysts will work closely with Alantra's U.S. Managing Directors, and high performers will have opportunities for long-term rotations through various U.S. and international offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive industry research and perform detailed company analyses.
  • Develop financial models and analyses.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree with a strong academic background; preferred majors include business, economics, finance, or accounting.
