Position: Franchise Development Manager

Your Role: As a Franchise Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our franchise network. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective franchise owners, showcasing the unique advantages of partnering with our established brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish personal connections with potential franchisees, articulating the distinctive benefits and opportunities associated with our franchise.
  • Integrate the mission and core values of Edible Arrangements throughout the sales process, ensuring consistent communication of our principles.
  • Encourage attendance at Discovery Day, an exclusive event designed to educate potential franchisees about revenue and growth opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective franchisees, addressing their inquiries and concerns while providing comprehensive support throughout the process.
  • Maintain robust relationships with current franchisees, assisting them in their expansion efforts and offering resources within Edible Arrangements.
  • Regularly update the Chief Development Officer on sales strategies, territory insights, and progress.
  • Participate in national franchise events as required.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in Franchise Sales or similar environments.
  • Proficient in technology, including MS Office, with the ability to quickly adapt to new proprietary systems.

Essential Skills:

  • A strong commitment to customer service and relationship-building in sales.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and contributing to team success.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities, both in-person and in written communication.
  • Capability to manage multiple deals across various time zones effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate tracking of sales data and follow-ups.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to provide exceptional service to prospective franchisees.
