Position Summary:

We are currently in search of a Franchise Business Consultant for our Merry Maids division. This role is pivotal in enhancing franchisee sales and profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and upholding brand standards through expert business consulting for a designated group of franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance franchise sales and profitability by providing high-level consulting and coaching for operational excellence.
  • Develop annual sales, marketing, and financial strategies tailored for each franchisee to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough business evaluations, track progress, analyze data, and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Train and guide franchisees in utilizing financial analysis tools, including profit and loss statements and cash flow reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement and growth by leveraging company resources.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices through various formats, including presentations and in-person training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards across all products, tools, and operational processes to foster superior customer experiences.
  • Develop action plans to address any compliance issues and conduct field audits for quality assurance.
  • Support Directors of Business Development in managing regional projects, providing coaching, and assisting with market expansion initiatives.
  • Lead conventions and events, overseeing content, programming, and logistics.
  • Represent the business unit in franchise councils, taking ownership of various responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business operations management or a related area.
  • Proven experience in project management, leadership, budgeting, and customer service.
  • Sales experience within the service industry is advantageous.
  • Experience in multi-unit franchise operations or strategic business planning is preferred.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Innovative and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coach and influence others effectively.
  • Professional presence with public speaking skills for workshops and training sessions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to analyze financial data and determine corrective actions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as required for business needs.

The compensation range for this position considers various factors, including skills, experience, and organizational needs. Typically, individuals are not hired at the top of the range, and compensation decisions are based on specific circumstances. The estimated salary range is $85,000-$105,000 plus bonus.
