At RaceTrac, we are in search of a committed professional to become a part of our team as a Franchise Recruitment Specialist. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in assisting the RaceWay/RaceTrac Operations team by overseeing administrative responsibilities associated with the recruitment process for the RaceWay Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing administrative functions to streamline the Franchisee interview and selection procedure.
  • Assisting field teams with training resources and promotional content.
  • Conducting preliminary candidate evaluations and advancing suitable applicants.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to candidates and Regional Managers within the Operations Team.
  • Engaging in onsite open house events and participating in industry trade shows.
  • Carrying out interviews and surveys to collect feedback from Franchisees.
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant Franchise Regulations.
  • Supporting the sourcing and management of lead flow for Franchise opportunities.
  • Monitoring lead generation expenditures and creating reports to assess costs.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Field of Study: Human Development and/or Human Resources Management.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a related domain is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly with intermediate Excel capabilities.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Experience with Client Relationship Management and/or Recruiting/Applicant tracking systems.
