Your Role: As a Franchise Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of Edible Arrangements. Your efforts will connect aspiring business owners with the advantages of our well-established franchise model.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential franchisees, showcasing the unique advantages and opportunities of our franchise brand through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Integrate the mission and core values of Edible Brands into the sales process, ensuring consistent communication and representation of our principles.
- Encourage attendance at Discovery Day, an exclusive event designed to highlight revenue potential and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees, addressing inquiries and concerns while providing comprehensive support throughout the process.
- Support existing franchisees in their expansion plans by offering resources and options within Edible Brands.
- Keep the Chief Development Officer updated on sales strategies, territory insights, and progress.
- Participate in national franchise events as required.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in Franchise Sales or similar environments.
- Proficient in technology, with strong skills in MS Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

- A strong commitment to customer service and relationship-building in sales.
- A proactive approach to achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall mission of the organization.
- Exceptional storytelling and vision-selling abilities, both in-person and in writing.
- Ability to manage multiple deals and stakeholders across different time zones while prioritizing effectively.
- Highly organized with attention to detail, maintaining an up-to-date pipeline and CRM data.
- Willingness to accommodate calls and work during weekends as necessary to provide exemplary service to prospective franchisees.
