Role Purpose: As the Manager of Franchise Operations, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Franchise Operations to implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and foster growth within your designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular site evaluations to ensure product quality and service excellence.

  • Provide detailed reports to management regarding franchise performance and training results.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitive dynamics, sharing insights with the Director and franchisees to refine strategies.
  • Facilitate P&L training with the Director to enhance franchise profitability.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including marketing and finance, to align operational strategies with business objectives.
  • Work with the Director to implement best practices that optimize profitability while upholding quality standards.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with franchisees, vendors, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to operational and brand standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Identify and manage operational risks, implementing measures to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
  • Analyze customer feedback and guide franchisees in effective customer service practices.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in franchise operations, regional management, or a similar leadership role.
