Position Summary
This role is essential in providing coordination assistance for construction activities across all franchise-operated locations. The position demands exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and a commitment to customer service. The successful candidate will be expected to support the expansion of company-owned restaurants while fostering collaboration with franchise partners. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and coordinate weekly discussions with franchisees engaged in ongoing construction projects
- Oversee construction timelines to ensure alignment with training and opening schedules
- Connect franchisees with vendor partners for various services
- Assist in placing orders for technology, décor, and other essential operational supplies
- Arrange installation dates with General Contractors
- Facilitate the review of plans and manage permitting processes
The ideal applicant will possess 2-4 years of administrative experience along with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. Previous experience in construction and collaboration with franchise entities is advantageous.
Physical Requirements: Must be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally, which may include items such as documents, boxes, and computer equipment.
