You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team members to develop professionally, personally, and as a high-performing team. You will take pride in maintaining the physical space and coaching your team to create a welcoming environment for our customers and visitors.

We are looking for a proven leader with a franchise ownership attitude who has been there, done that as a manager of a team focused on achieving and exceeding customer-based goals and metrics. You will be friendly and engaging, able to connect with our customers and regulars alike, and have a deep understanding of your market.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Customer Service, Retail, or Financial Services experience and at least 1 year of People Management experience. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required.

This role is expected to earn an annual salary of $112,100 - $123,900, depending on location. Additionally, this role is eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
