As an Electrical Technician, you will be an integral member of our Electrical team, contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch solutions in the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize a range of tools and equipment to assemble products in accordance with specified standards and procedures, including the assembly of electrical components and wire routing in various installations.

• Ensure the quality and integrity of the assembled products.

• Maintain accountability for tools and equipment within the Electrical Shop.

• Follow guidance to complete assigned tasks effectively.

• Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by a Senior Electrical Technician or Electrical Lead.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Level 1: Experience in an aerospace electrical manufacturing setting is preferred.

• Level 2: Familiarity with Boeing and Airbus wire specifications is advantageous.

• An FAA A&P certificate is a plus but not mandatory.

Skills:

• Effective oral communication skills.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

• Basic mathematical skills.

• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications while adhering to written procedures.

Working Environment:

This position is based in a manufacturing environment, requiring occasional lifting of up to 35 pounds. Good hearing and vision are essential for safety and job performance, as well as the ability to distinguish between color spectrums.
