In the capacity of Electrical Technician, you will play a crucial role within our Electrical team.

This position supports our vision by:

• Utilizing various tools and equipment to assemble products in accordance with specified standards and procedures, including the assembly of electrical components, wire buildup, and routing in monuments.

• Ensuring the quality of the final product.

• Maintaining accountability for tools and their upkeep within the Electrical Shop area.

• Receiving guidance as necessary to complete tasks.

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards in the workspace.

• Performing additional duties as assigned by a Senior Electrical Technician or Electrical Lead.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High School diploma or GED.

• Level 1 - Experience in an aerospace electrical manufacturing environment is desirable.

• Level 2 - Experience working with Boeing and Airbus wire specifications is preferred.

• An FAA A&P certificate is advantageous but not mandatory.

Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively with others, both internally and externally.

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to prioritize, multitask efficiently, and perform under pressure.

• Proficient in basic mathematical calculations.

• Understanding of customer expectations.

• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and adhere to written procedures.

Working Conditions:

• Manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional lifting of up to 35 pounds.

• Normal hearing and vision ranges are essential for safe operations on the manufacturing floor and to fulfill job responsibilities.

• Ability to distinguish between color spectrums.
