Job Summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing and Assembly Technician to join our team in Everett, WA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling electrical parts and accessories in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electrical parts and accessories using a variety of hand and power tools, plastic injection molding machines, and other equipment.
  • Clean and inspect parts and machines to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Move part supplies and finished product throughout the warehouse.
  • Report defective material or questionable conditions to department supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
  • Speak basic English to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Have great hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for repetitive motions.
  • Able to work independently and with others.
  • Able to stand for prolonged periods on a concrete floor.
  • Able to lift 30lbs.
  • Able to stand for 10 hours.
  • Ability to use hand power tools.
  • Must work well with others in a loud production environment.
  • Have reliable transportation to be at work for scheduled shifts.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a client-specific background check.
Work Environment

Shifts are Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm to 2:00am. Pay rate is $17-19 per hour plus 2nd shift differential and will be based on previous experience and skills.
