Position Summary

The Boeing Company is actively seeking an Electrical Wire Assembly Technician to contribute to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and confirm the accuracy of issued materials.
  • Ensure all components are correct and free from defects.
  • Assemble materials and tools as necessary.
  • Set up workstations according to established instructions.
  • Operate Numerical Control (N/C) wire cutting machines for precise wire cutting and coding.
  • Fabricate wire bundles through cutting, coding, and splicing.
  • Install various connectors and components using appropriate tools.
  • Perform continuity checks on electrical assemblies.
  • Safely handle and dispose of hazardous materials.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with hand tools and power tools.
  • At least 1 year of experience in electrical assembly.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Willingness to support operations at alternate locations if needed.

Education:

High school diploma or GED is required.

Additional Information:

This position is governed by a collective bargaining agreement and is an hourly role. Employees must adhere to a drug-free workplace policy.
