In the capacity of Electrical Technician, you will be a key contributor to our Electrical team.

This role supports our vision by:

• Utilizing various tools and equipment to assemble products in accordance with specified standards and procedures, including the assembly of electrical components, wire construction, and routing within monuments.

• Ensuring the quality of the finished product.

• Maintaining accountability for tools and their upkeep within the Electrical Shop area.

• Seeking guidance as necessary to complete tasks.

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards in the workspace.

• Performing any additional responsibilities assigned by a Senior Electrical Technician or Electrical Lead.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High School diploma or GED.

• Level 1 - Experience in an aerospace electrical manufacturing environment is desirable.

• Level 2 - Familiarity with Boeing and Airbus wire specifications is preferred.

• An FAA A&P certificate is a plus but not mandatory.

Skills/Abilities:

• Effective oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving

• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task efficiently, and work under pressure

• Capable of performing basic mathematical calculations

• Understanding of customer expectations

• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and adhere to written procedures.

Working Conditions:

• Manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional lifting of up to 35 pounds.

• Normal hearing and vision ranges are essential for safe operations on the manufacturing floor and to fulfill job responsibilities.

• Ability to distinguish between color spectrums.
