Accounting and Financial Analysis Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical individual to become a vital part of our Finance team.

As an Accounting and Financial Analysis Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to generate regular financial reports necessary for both internal assessments and external disclosures. You will be tasked with gathering and interpreting financial data while adhering to established accounting principles and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Calculate and process payments to partners and suppliers.
2. Assist with client invoicing and agent disbursements.
3. Prepare various daily and monthly financial reports.
4. Create and record general ledger entries.
5. Monitor and analyze cash positions and cash flows.

Qualifications:
1. 1 to 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
2. Strong organizational capabilities to manage a diverse workload while prioritizing effectively.
3. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, reliable, and committed to quality.
4. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
5. Willingness to support colleagues when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
2. Experience with online banking systems.
