Position Overview

As an integral part of our organization, the Inside Sales Operations Coordinator will be pivotal in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operational processes. This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to develop their skills in a collaborative environment, where you will assist in generating proposals, maintaining accurate records, and providing essential support to the Inside Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing business relationships with internal stakeholders while generating or updating quotes for products and services.
  • Providing timely support to the sales team by addressing product-related inquiries, including pricing and marketing materials.
  • Creating regular reports to keep the team informed about inventory status and other relevant metrics.
  • Communicating customer needs and competitive insights to management through written and verbal reports.
  • Collaborating with the Inside Sales team to develop tools that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Acting as a backup for the Inside Sales team by responding to inquiries and determining customer types.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior experience necessary; 1-2 years of administrative experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Valid driver's license required.
