Medsurg Sales Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Hospital Sales Representative to join our team in the point-of-care diagnostics equipment market. As a key member of our sales staff, you will be responsible for expanding our client's sales territory in Indianapolis.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the point-of-care diagnostics equipment market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of hospital sales experience, preferably in the medical diagnostic/point of care market.
- History of working in a multi-contact point environment, including operating rooms, cardiac catheterization labs, critical care, intensive care units, emergency rooms, and laboratories.
- Experience with diagnostic equipment, patient monitoring, imaging equipment, point of care, blood analyzers, and cardiac markers.
- Ability to travel extensively, covering all of Indiana and southern Illinois.
