About the Role

Pristine Telecommunications is excited to announce a Business Development Trainee position. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and developing your skills in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough research on each assigned business to stay ahead of competitors
  • Building confidence in your knowledge of assigned territories through demographic analysis and customer base exploration
  • Mentoring junior colleagues to support their growth and development
  • Nurturing relationships with top-performing Business Development Trainees and Managers to expand your knowledge and expertise
  • Dedicated personal and professional development outside of work to enhance your leadership, customer service, and management skills
  • Qualifying leads by engaging with customers and understanding their needs
  • Engaging in active listening to clarify customer requirements and provide thoughtful product and service recommendations
  • Obtaining data to update the CRM database and completing enrollment for recommendations where necessary or assisting in making follow-up appointments
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant experience in customer service, marketing, and/or sales
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong negotiation and conversational skills for effective interaction with potential leads and customers
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong sense of professionalism
  • A commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement

A competitive salary package of approximately $55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, is offered.
