Job Description

We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Sales Focus Inc., a pioneer in sales outsourcing. Our client, Amazon, has developed an innovative solution that allows drivers to enter buildings and deliver shipments without assistance. The "Amazon Key for Business" solution integrates with access systems to grant temporary access to authorized personnel at no cost to multi-dwelling facilities.

This is a B2B, 1099 sales position targeting apartment complexes, condominiums, and businesses.

First Year Earning Potential: $35,000 - $70,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume sales calls daily to identify decision-makers and manage the sales process
  • Build and maintain strong rapport over the phone with potential clients
  • Gather information and provide compelling presentations over the phone and in person
  • Organize workdays effectively and be proactive with time management
  • Track notes on all interactions and keep opportunities up-to-date in CRM
  • Consistently follow up with potential clients to close agreements
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably B2B cold-call sales
  • Proficiency in using Google and Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized and a good planner
  • Comfortable using CRM software
  • 4G/5G smartphone savvy
  • Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
