Job Summary:

As an Account Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date account records, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, and resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, including client information, account history, and service delivery details.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management or quality control.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
