Your Schedule & Benefits
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)

As the Receptionist and face of our front desk, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing our phone system—ensuring no voicemails are left; your personal touch is crucial.
- Welcoming visitors with a friendly demeanor.
- Upholding and exemplifying our core values, ensuring every caller and visitor feels valued.
- Efficiently screening and directing calls to the appropriate department.
- Coordinating the scheduling of conference rooms and maintaining an organized front desk area.
- Handling mail distribution and courier pickups.
- Assisting with record maintenance and taking on additional tasks as required.
Who You Are
You excel in a fast-paced environment and possess a natural ability to connect with others. You are warm, composed, and enthusiastic, with a genuine desire to assist people. As a Reception Operations Associate, you are the first point of contact, making your role essential in creating a lasting impression on everyone who interacts with Tropic Supply.
What You Bring
- A minimum of one year of experience in switchboard or receptionist duties in a high-call-volume environment.
- Outstanding communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Mac OS, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Weekly Pay: Receive payment every Thursday.
