About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Service Coordinator to join our team at Beltone. As the face of our practice, you will be responsible for creating an extraordinary patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide general office and administrative duties to assist the Hearing Care Professional with the patient process.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Successfully utilize the scheduling system to maximize test opportunities for the office.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and assist the HCP in local marketing and sales activities, including sourcing new avenues for building community relationships and referrals.
  • Customer Service: Professionally answer incoming phone calls and messages, as well as follow-up activities with patients.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Process and document clinic forms accurately to ensure HIPAA and State law compliance.
  • Financial Management: Verify patient eligibility, submit insurance claims, and manage the process until the claim is funded.
  • Office Management: Reconcile cash balance and manage Account Receivables and Payables, including making bank deposits.
  • Facilities and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and welcoming office and work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: 2 years' office experience is preferred, as well as 2 years' sales and customer service experience.
  • Skills: Must be proficient in MS Office and have a willingness to work flexible hours/days.
  • Team Player: A team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude is essential.
