3. Conduct regular financial analyses to identify and rectify discrepancies.
4. Generate timely and accurate financial reports for management, aiding in strategic decision-making.
5. Implement and uphold robust budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial stability.
6. Utilize your expertise in commercial real estate accounting to optimize the financial management of our property portfolio.
7. Collaborate with various departments to enhance financial processes and workflows.
8. Ensure adherence to all applicable financial regulations and standards.
9. Leverage your knowledge of Common Area Maintenance (CAM) to manage expenses effectively.
10. Serve as a primary contact for financial and accounting inquiries within the organization.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounts receivable/accounts payable role or similar.
3. Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
4. Proficiency in CAM and accounts receivable functions.
5. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. High attention to detail and capacity to manage large datasets.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Proficient in accounting software and relevant computer applications.
10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
11. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
