Job Overview

C&C Complete Services is a leading provider of disaster restoration services, dedicated to revitalizing and restoring residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, and other disasters.

We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with current clients to accelerate sales volume, while also creating new customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle in a timely fashion
  • Set up weekly sales appointments and maintain assigned contact lists
  • Participate in professional associations and educate customers through lunch-and-learns
  • Complete Emergency Response Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
  • Build customer relationships and rapport by educating them on the reasons C&C is the best restoration company

Requirements:

  • Comfortable dealing face-to-face with customers and possessing reliable transportation
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to utilize technology, including CRMs, smartphones, and computers
  • Superb sales and customer service skills, with proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business and financial background, with a process-and-results-driven attitude
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the restoration industry, preferred
