Master Black Belt Team Lead

Dynamo Technologies, LLC is seeking a seasoned Master Black Belt Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Performance Improvement Office, you will be responsible for driving business process improvements across multiple organizations and functional boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide analytical, operational, and technical assistance to agency personnel to sustain a Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) culture.
- Lead teams in PROCESS-BASED root cause analyses to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate workshops and provide mentorship support to agency personnel.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
- BA/BS Degree or MA/MS Degree.
- At least 5 years consulting, advising, and working with Federal Government Senior Leaders.
- Military experience.
- Experience within Army National Guard Headquarters, Arlington Hall Station.
- Minitab Statistical Software Analysis.
- PMP Certification.
