  • Participate in outbound outreach initiatives to empower members for success

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and collaborating with team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Able to learn quickly in a technology-driven setting
  • Familiarity with online ticketing systems such as Zendesk
