Job Description

PetLab Co. is a leading pet supplement company with a strong presence in the DTC market. We're seeking a highly skilled Content & UGC Relationship Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in managing customer relationships, UGC, or content acquisition in a content-driven environment. They will be responsible for overseeing customer relationships with up to 50 customers at a time, locating and securing key talent on TikTok and Instagram to execute scripts for ads, and guiding them from the first message to securing a media release form.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage outreach and build relationships with customers to acquire user-generated content.
  • Identify and secure key talent on social media platforms to execute scripts for ads.
  • Oversee the acquisition and organization of user-generated content to ensure it meets our high standards for creativity and quality.
  • Work closely with the creative and digital content teams to ensure content aligns with our marketing strategy and goals.
  • Provide detailed reports on the performance and effectiveness of UGC efforts, optimizing based on feedback and data.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in managing customer relationships, UGC, or content acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of digital content and social media trends.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple customer relationships and content pipelines.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to ensure smooth customer interactions and content rights acquisition.
  • Comfortable using data to measure success and optimize strategies.
