Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee system integrations for data capture and management, including event/attribute mapping and segmentation, alongside campaign tracking.
  • Manage and optimize our CRM technological stack, prioritizing data integrity and compliance.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, and Engineering teams as a lead subject matter expert, providing guidance and advice on acquisition funnel and app transactional communications.
  • Devise robust CRM strategies leveraging marketing automation to drive shift frequency and longer-term retention.
  • Influence business direction, establishing strong working relationships with peers/colleagues and taking a lead role in driving new ideas/initiatives to execution.
  • Operate a stakeholder model for BAU demand, spanning campaign design, QA, data segmentation, scheduling, execution, and reporting.
  • Cultivate a culture of testing, exploring new approaches/technologies, and driving continuous improvement in efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Support the Head of CRM to motivate the CRM team, creating opportunities for the team to grow and flourish.

Requirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage.
  • High level of analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong drive to investigate, analyze, and resolve simple and complex problems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet conflicting deadlines with minimal direct supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Experience with marketing automation and customer data platforms.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace software suite.
  • Highly proficient with utilizing several tools to enable real-time collaboration with a globally distributed workforce such as Miro, Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, etc.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer retention and engagement campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation and customer data platforms.
