Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Relationship Consultant to join our team at Texas Capital Bank. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for establishing and deepening customer relationships, executing relationship management strategies, and performing efficient and accurate banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships and increase revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services and solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of banking experience, preferably in customer service, relationship management, and cash handling.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including deposits, lending, and other financial services.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient knowledge of PC/Internet applications, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
