Position Summary:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily functions and providing essential support to Wealth and Financial Advisors, as well as Client Service Associates and Assistants. This role involves executing administrative duties that do not involve direct client interaction.

The Coordinator ensures that all operational processes at Northwest Federal Credit Union (NWFCU) are thoroughly documented and compliant with regulatory standards.

They also play a crucial role in preparing for regulatory examinations and audits.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Verify documentation for accuracy and completeness, and facilitate account openings in ClientWorks and Salesforce.

2. Conduct account maintenance tasks, including address updates, householding, combined statements, and CRM modifications.

3. Manage incoming mail by reviewing, sorting, and processing.

4. Handle outgoing mail by reviewing, copying, and processing as necessary.

5. Process incoming checks and maintain the cash blotter.

6. Manage direct business account networking.

7. Review daily notifications and address any issues.

8. Process transfer documentation, maintain logs, and collaborate with broker/dealer and external firms to ensure timely completion of transfers.

9. Maintain client account records and assist with filing tasks.

10. Provide front desk coverage as required.

11. Adhere to all firm and LPL policies and procedures.

12. Develop and modify operational processes and standards for brokerage and advisory services.

13. Offer support to Financial and Wealth Management Advisors and Client Service Assistants regarding operational matters.

14. Remain aware of and comply with NWFCU policies and regulations related to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- At least 1 year of experience in a back office, operations, or customer service role (experience in the financial services sector is preferred).

- Strong attention to detail is essential.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness as a self-starter.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

- Proven capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

- Adaptability to change as the organization evolves.

- Familiarity with general office equipment (remote deposit technology, scanners, printers, fax machines).

- Proficiency in technology, particularly Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce CRM systems.

- Availability to work onsite during standard business hours.
