The Operational Specialist will play a vital role in facilitating communication, tracking, and project coordination within our Operations Department. Key Responsibilities:

Daily Duties:
- Monitor and report on daily operations, suggesting actionable improvements.
- Manage inventory and order supplies while coordinating with finance departments to adhere to budget constraints.
- Create and distribute operational procedures and protocols.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among employees and vendors.
- Onboard and train new staff to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Manage project timelines from concept to launch, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout project lifecycles.
- Provide operational support to teams, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Two or more years of experience in operations, procurement, or a similar role.
