Key Responsibilities:
- Propose new strategies to enhance the efficiency of daily operations.
- Establish and implement quality control measures across the department.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the Head of Operations, Warehouse Lead, team members, and vendors to ensure adherence to established protocols.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of operational activities.
- Oversee and optimize inventory management practices.
- Ensure compliance with local and national regulations in all operational activities.
Daily Duties:
- Monitor daily operations, provide performance reports, and suggest actionable improvements.
- Manage supply orders and inventory, collaborating with finance to maintain budget adherence.
- Create and distribute operational procedures and protocols to staff.
- Coordinate communication between employees and vendors.
- Onboard and train new warehouse personnel to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Manage project timelines for product development, overseeing the entire lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders and collaborators.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout project lifecycles, including meeting notes and production statuses.
- Offer operational support to teams, troubleshooting issues and ensuring systems meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated organizational skills, including effective time management.
- Experience in project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
