Commercial Lending Operations Coordinator

Overview:
The Commercial Lending Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in delivering administrative and member service support to Commercial Relationship Managers, catering to both current and potential members.
This position involves the preparation and review of Commercial Loan documentation, disbursement of loan proceeds, and various other assigned responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide member service solutions and act as a liaison between departments to coordinate member needs.
Assist colleagues with member inquiries or issues, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to customer questions.
Process wire transfers, conduct account reviews, and manage general account maintenance.
Order necessary documents such as Appraisals, Environmental Reports, Credit Checks, Flood Certificates, and Title Reports.
Prepare and manage documentation related to new, renewed, and modified commercial and real estate loans.
Coordinate with loan servicing for funding, ensuring all wires, fees, and payments are processed accurately.
Review, create, file, and terminate UCC-1 and UCC-3 Financing Statements, following up to ensure proper lien recordings and continuations.
Conduct post-closing reviews and manage file maintenance, including tracking, follow-up on exceptions, and document imaging.
Assist in processing renewals at least 60 days prior to maturity, requesting necessary financial statements and tax returns from borrowers as required by loan documents.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Maintain awareness of and adhere to NWFCU policies and procedures, as well as regulations related to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial lending or a related field.
Must reside in Florida or Virginia.
Strong knowledge of loan documentation processes.
Experience with Laserpro or similar software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in tracking numerical data and detailed organizational information.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform tasks accurately according to specific instructions.
Demonstrated experience as a self-starter with strong administrative and organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
