Position Overview:

As a Lead Technical Program Manager at NVIDIA, you will play a pivotal role in steering the development of server firmware for our advanced product lines. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the firmware is primed for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the readiness of firmware across NVIDIA's ecosystem for server products, including the latest innovations.
  • Oversee the delivery of firmware for scalable systems utilizing NVIDIA's server architecture.
  • Collaborate with various engineering teams to formulate a comprehensive roadmap and release strategy, ensuring timely and quality delivery throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Establish and monitor milestones and commitments from multiple teams engaged in firmware development.
  • Maintain quality metrics through dashboards and regular status updates, identifying risks and collaborating with management for mitigation.
  • Represent the server manageability team in cross-functional meetings, liaising with Software, Hardware, Operations, QA, and Support teams.
  • Ensure adherence to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process across all product development phases.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in firmware development, particularly in BMC/SBIOS.
  • Proven track record as an individual contributor in coding and design for server firmware.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience with Cloud Server Providers and OEMs/ODMs.
  • Strong communication and technical presentation skills.
  • Expertise in project management tools such as Jira.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
